Hey hamster would you mind showing me how u did that sometime? I cant do animated pics like that.
I can only do a solid image after another, I dont know how to cover up 1 image with another image like the emperor moving behind the x-mas tree.

I can guess. It was 3 layers, 2 had transparency. He copied the pic of the background, put it in the back, then a pick of the emperor, put it in the middle, then finally tree, put it on top. And he moved the emperor's layer.

Here's mine:
![Image](http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k263/MasterSaitek009/Avatars/Christmasavatar.png)
All graphics used were made by me.
Didn't use this ornament. Looked too much like GlaDOS.
![Image](http://i90.photobucket.com/albums/k263/MasterSaitek009/Avatars/TF.png)
And the other two.

Re: 2008 Christmas Avatar Contest [Official Thread]
Your just about right. I created 3 layers. The first one had the picture, the second part of the emperor and part of the christmas tree I had copied from the first layer. I then made a new image of the same dimensions. Finally I move the emperor in each frame and do Copy Visible.Fluffy_the_ic wrote:I can guess. It was 3 layers, 2 had transparency. Re: 2008 Christmas Avatar Contest [Official Thread]
Can we change our avatar after we've posted it but before the competition ends? Because I've not gotta christmas tree get but I'd like to take a photo of that and use it instead of one I found on google images. Also, can we ourselves be in it? Darth Vader randomly trying to steal christmas decoration/toaster and me hitting him on the head with a club!
